How long have you been in business?

We have been in the restaurant industry over 30 years, started food delivery business in 2013, we have been in business for 12 years.

What is the commission % you charge the restaurant/

The commission charge can vary depending on the deal made with the individual restaurant between 0% to 15%, however we guarantee that our fee + GrubHub/DoorDash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.

Do you have enough drivers?

We have 1000's of drivers in every major city in the United States.

What if your driver never shows up?

That has never happened before however if it does happen, our company will cover the food cost and also will give credit to the customer for the same amount.

What if the food is delivered late?

If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive a cancellation email with the reason why the food is cancelled. If the reason is because of our driver then we will cover 100% of the food cost. Our competitors only cover 70%.

Does the restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?

No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as the restaurant does. Our driver will be dispatched within minutes of receiving the order and at the restaurant to pick up the food when ready.
